Overview: Ancient City Parkour
Rising from coastal waters, Ancient City Parkour invites runners to scale a sunken archaeological acropolis in Combat Online 2. The map tests spatial awareness, high-altitude balance, and precision jumping across weathered stone towers, elevated turquoise aqueducts, and suspended mountain bridges.
Course Stages & Monumental Architecture
The climb begins at water level, where runners navigate submerged stone pillars capped with overgrown grass pads. Stepping stones and wooden trestle piers wind along sheer megalithic walls decorated with geometric brick reliefs, leading players up toward the lower courtyards of the ancient citadel.
Reaching the mid-level terraces brings runners across wide flat-topped structures lined with bright turquoise parapets and ornamental water basins. From these rooftop platforms, the route demands scaling external climbing pegs and leaping across slender wooden beams mounted against sheer cliff facades. The final ascent requires conquering an immense inclined stone aqueduct bridge suspended high above the flooded ruins, terminating at a monumental temple altar adorned with obsidian pillars and flaming braziers.
Movement Tactics & Speedrun Tips
- Pillar Jump Centering: Landing on the moss-covered caps of the ocean pillars requires controlled velocity; avoid sprinting directly onto edges to prevent sliding off into the water.
- Aqueduct Ramp Sprint: The long, angled skybridge offers uninterrupted clearance; maintain maximum sprint speed along its center axis to gain swift vertical ground.
- Wall Peg Alignment: Tilt your camera downward when leaping across the protruding exterior wall brackets to confirm landing registration before initiating the next leap.
Course Experience
Ancient City Parkour delivers an expansive sense of vertical scale and classical ruin exploration. Mastering its towering walls and airy skybridges requires steady footing, clean airborne adjustments, and rhythmic jump execution from sea level to the temple summit.
