Overview: Fire Parkour
Set high above the void across floating earth platforms and stone ramparts, Fire Parkour is a hazard-dense obstacle course in Combat Online 2. The course tests timing, precision leaping, and spatial awareness as runners navigate incandescent magma trenches, spiked barrels, and narrow curved balance beams.
Course Stages & Volcanic Traps
The gauntlet begins on an inclined stone ramp marked with a "level 1 jump only" sign. Runners must leap across transverse lava strips cut into cobblestone stairs framed by perimeter magma blocks. Clearing these steps leads onto a rounded concrete cylinder pipe equipped with vertical wooden posts, demanding steady balance to cross into the central courtyard.
From the central stone bastion, runners face a series of multi-tier challenges. The intermediate route features concrete jump-up blocks bordered by deep lava gutters and overgrown grass platforms wrapping around an elevated circular watchtower. The upper tier transitions onto a long elevated walkway composed of rough volcanic stone, where players must weave past deadly spiked metal barrels and vault over timber palettes. The final stretch spans across cobblestone aqueducts and floating red magma rungs, terminating on a high garden terrace decorated with a lone tree and a massive boulder beside the exit portal.
Movement Tactics & Heat Tips
- Lava Stair Cadence: Take single, controlled forward jumps over each glowing floor strip on the opening staircase to avoid overshooting the narrow landing ledges.
- Cylinder Pipe Centering: Lock your movement along the crest of the curved pipe and use the wooden posts as braking points to stabilize momentum.
- Barrel Slalom Alignment: Maintain a disciplined diagonal strafe along the upper volcanic walkway to pass the spiked barrels without clipping their wide collision frames.
Course Experience
Fire Parkour blends traditional castle masonry with unforgiving elemental hazards. Conquering its fiery stairways, rounded balance pipes, and spiked perimeter causeways demands calculated jump timing and disciplined edge control throughout.
