Overview: Jungle Parkour
Set inside an immense, sheer-walled earthen gorge, Jungle Parkour is a grueling vertical trial in Combat Online 2. The course combines cavernous pool navigation with dizzying aerial canopy trails, challenging runners to scale towering rock walls using rope bridges, wooden scaffolding, and narrow grass ledges.
Course Stages & Canopy Traversal
The trial starts at the base of the canyon across a sunken pool dotted with vegetation. Runners must bound across floating wooden pads and leap between tall stone pillars topped with grass to initiate the climb. A steep zigzag ramp and wall pegs lead out of the basin and into the intermediate heights of the gorge.
Once above the water level, the course transitions into an intricate network of suspended jungle architecture. Players must cross rickety suspension bridges made of wooden planks strung on tension cables, navigate staggered timber scaffolding, and leap across isolated grass pads protruding from the rock face. The upper reaches feature long balance rails, canopied tree perches, and ascending catwalks that demand strict footing to avoid a total plunge back to the reservoir below.
Movement Tactics & Climbing Tips
- Rope Bridge Pacing: Keep a centered sprint line along the suspended wooden footbridges; erratic camera adjustments can cause you to clip off the narrow planks.
- Wall Peg Alignment: When jumping between grass blocks attached to the vertical cliff, hug the rock surface to prevent outward drift into the canyon void.
- Water Basin Reset: If an early leap fails, use the deep pool below to break your fall and reposition without restarting the run from zero.
Course Experience
Jungle Parkour delivers impressive vertical scale and an authentic sense of wilderness exploration. Conquering its lofty suspension bridges and sheer rock walls requires consistent jump rhythm, sharp edge control, and steady composure at extreme heights.
